Orders and personalization

Provide accurate contact, delivery, and personalization details. Check spelling, initials, numbers, colors, and community selections before checkout. We make personalized items using the details you submit. Only submit artwork or logos you are authorized to use.

If you need a change or cancellation, contact us promptly. We can confirm what is possible before production begins; changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once production starts. This does not affect your rights if we make an error or supply a defective item.

Prices and payment

The checkout shows the order total, applicable discounts, shipping charges, and taxes before payment. The price accepted at checkout applies to your order. If an item is unavailable or a listing contains a material error, we will contact you to agree on a correction or cancel and refund the affected purchase.

Production, shipping, and pickup

Production estimates appear on the product page. Shipping transit time is additional to production time. Available shipping or pickup options and charges appear at checkout. Wait for your ready-for-pickup notice before collecting an order. Contact us if your delivery is delayed, missing, or damaged so we can help resolve it.

Product appearance and care

Where identified on the product page, images are digital previews. Filament color and printed surface texture may vary slightly. Follow each product's care instructions and intended use. These variations do not excuse an item that is defective or materially different from its description.

Returns and privacy

Our return and refund policy explains eligibility, fees, and the refund process. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. The policies presented when you place an order apply to that purchase.
